Booking equipment with MarKay Outdoors is simple, clear and fully online. Here’s exactly how to do it from start to finish.
You can hire trenchers, mini loaders, aerators, dethatchers, trailers, generators and more — all from your phone or computer.
1. Go to Our Website
- Visit markayoutdoors.com.au
- Open the menu (☰)
- Select Equipment Hire
2. Choose the Equipment You Need
Tap the item you want — each page shows pricing, inclusions, photos and hire options.
3. Select Your Hire Duration
- 12 hours
- 24 hours
- 2 days
- Weekend hire
4. Choose Your Date & Times
- Select your hire day from the calendar
- Choose your pickup time
- Choose your return time
Times appear clearly — e.g. “27 November at 7:30 AM to 6:30 PM”.
5. Complete the Dry Hire Agreement
- Click the link that says “If not, click HERE”
- Fill out your licence details once
- Return to the product page and tick the agreement box
6. Click “HIRE ME NOW”
This adds your selected dates, times and item to your cart.
7. Review Your Cart
- Verify the equipment
- Check your hire duration
- Confirm pickup & return times
- Review the total price
8. Proceed to Checkout
Enter your personal details and finalise your booking.
