Shipping & Delivery Policy

Local Pickup
Equipment can be collected directly from our location in Pleystowe, Mackay. Pickup times will be confirmed at the time of booking. Please ensure you have a suitable vehicle and tie-down equipment for safe transport of hired machinery.
Delivery
We deliver to Mackay and surrounding areas. Delivery fees are quoted and agreed upon at the time of  hire — please contact us before booking to confirm your location and get a delivery quote.
Delivery and collection times will be arranged with you at the time of booking. Someone must be present at the delivery address to receive and sign for the equipment.
Hire Return Process
Equipment must be returned (or made available for collection) at the agreed date and time specified in your hire agreement. Late returns may incur additional hire charges.
All equipment must be returned in the same condition as received, with the fuel level as agreed. Please refer to our Dry Hire Agreement for full terms and conditions.
Fuel Bond
A fuel bond is required on all hire equipment. This bond is held as a security deposit and is refunded upon return of the equipment with the agreed fuel level. Failure to return equipment with the correct fuel level will result in a deduction from the bond.
