Submitting the Dry Hire Agreement provides the customer, licence and agreement information needed for your hire. It does not automatically reserve equipment or confirm availability.
Your equipment is only secured once the booking, dates and
payment have been completed or directly confirmed by
MarKay Outdoors.

Complete or Confirm the Booking
Select the equipment and dates online, or confirm the booking directly if arrangements have already been made.

Prepare for Collection
Check the pickup time, towing requirements, equipment details and any remaining payment or bond requirements.
Before Collecting Hire Equipment
- Confirm the machine or equipment being hired.
- Confirm the hire date, pickup time and return time.
- Complete payment or any agreed payment arrangement.
- Check the refundable fuel bond where applicable.
- Confirm the required attachments and accessories.
- Check towing capacity and trailer plug requirements.
- Make sure the worksite and access are ready.

Do not arrive for collection without a confirmed booking
and pickup time.
Mark may not always be onsite unless collection has been
arranged.
Fuel Bonds and Return Conditions
Fuel-powered hire equipment leaves with a full fuel tank and must be returned full.
Kanga Loaders
An $80 refundable fuel bond applies.
Small Fuel-Powered Equipment
A $40 refundable fuel bond generally applies.
The applicable bond is refunded when the equipment is returned
full of fuel and the hire conditions are met. Fuel, cleaning,
damage, missing equipment or other applicable charges may be
deducted where required.
Need to Make a Change?
Contact MarKay Outdoors as early as possible if you need to change the equipment, hire dates, pickup time, attachments or customer details.
Booking changes and hire extensions are subject to equipment
availability. Never keep equipment beyond the agreed return
time without approval.
